The dark ruby/garnet-colored Gruaud-Larose has evolved beautifully. It exhibits a lovely, sweet, fragrant bouqet of berry fruit, truffles, earth, and smokey oak. On the palate, the wine is fat, long, forward for Gruaud, medium to full bodied, and deep.
